With English oak-panelled walls and an original skylight, the Boardroom offers a discreet space in central Oxford for hosting private meetings, formal dinners and small groups. Located on the ground floor of Old Bank Hotel the room is well-equipped for corporate hospitality.

Host confidential board meetings and candidate interviews with slick service and support from our team. Elevate meetings with a continental breakfast buffet, a light and energising working lunch, or a more sumptuous alternative from a selection of private dining menus from Quod.

MEETINGS & CONFERENCES

The Boardroom offers the utmost confidentiality for small corporate groups. The exclusive-use venue seats up to eight delegates around a large table without AV, or seven with AV. Day delegate rates start from £150.00.

Do you offer day delegate rates?

We have a range of options that can be tailored to your needs. Day delegate rates are available on request, and we offer meeting and conference rates for each room, plus a selection of menus. Please contact our events team for full details.

Can I reserve parking for my event?

We can reserve one parking space for each event. We suggest that all other guests contact the reception team on the day to ask about a space. Alternatively, Westgate is another parking option in the city centre.

Can we access the private room prior to the event, the evening before for example?

This may be possible based on availability and may incur an extra charge.

Can you put together bespoke menus?

Certainly. Our head chefs love to play with flavours and can meet with you to discuss a menu designed specifically for your event.

How long can I reserve a room for my party?

Normally between three and four hours, depending on the room.

What are the payment options for my event?

We normally organise a pre-payment via credit card or bank transfer before your event. UK companies can also apply for credit to be invoiced after the event.
