Advance Purchase Rate
Your rate is prepayable at the time of the booking and full non-refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival from the card left as guarantee. This reservation is non-cancellable and non-transferable.
Flexible rates
Your rate is cancellable up to 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of cancellation received within this time frame the full rate of the first night will apply. In case of no-show, a penalty of one night will apply.
Long Stay
For stays of 7 to 13 days, the cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival. For stays of 14 to 28 days, the cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Upon commencement of the cancellation policy, we will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation, with the remaining balance being debited on arrival.
The Room With The View
A 35% non-refundable deposit will be collected from the card left as guarantee towards this reservation, the remainder of the accommodation is due on arrival.
Our cancellation policy for The Room With The View is 1 week prior to arrival; reservations must be cancelled or amended by 3pm GMT 7 days prior to your arrival, in order to avoid a cancellation charge of the total accommodation amount.
A pre-authorisation for incidentals will be taken upon check in to the hotel. Payment will be required should your bill exceed the amount of £4000 during your stay.
Children under 16
All children under 16 staying at the hotel are to be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. You can request an extra bed for a child aged between three and 16, for which we apply a supplement of £65.00 per night for a room only, and £80.00 per night for bed and breakfast. Complimentary cots are available for infants under three.

We have EV charging points in our car park, charges will apply via the monta.com app. We advise guests to bring their own charging cables.
